About me:
By nature, I am a very logical and detail oriented person, but I’ve always had a humorous and creative viewpoint. This has allowed me to analyze a variety of situations from multiple perspectives. I tend to bring a unique view to ordinary and not so ordinary situations. Growing up, playing with Legos inspired me to bring the ideas in my head to life, while working within the limitations of the tiny foot-piercing blocks. It sparked my love for the feeling of completing a project and the challenges that come with it.
When it comes to work, I’m a big believer in pre-planning and optimization. I like to ask myself questions such as: would making this modular help? Can I use a tileable texture here? Can I lower the tri count and still maintain the silhouette? The more I plan out the project, the more I can enjoy the art side of it without running into future headaches. I truly believe that if you do what you love for a living, you’ll never work a day in your life.
